Quiz Night

Don't forget that Quiz Night is this Saturday at St Ignatius Parish Hall, Queen St, Norwood.

7pm for 7:30pm start, BYO food and nibbles, with cheap drinks on sale.

If you would like to book a table or donate a prize, please let me know asap.

This is our major fundraiser for the year and it would be great to see as many of you with your friends and family supporting the club. There are some really great prizes up for grabs.


Social Night and Briscola Tournament

OISC are hosting a social night after the quintuple header on the 31 July 2010 at the GSSC. This is the first social night we have held at the facility for a number of years and are keen to make this an annual event. The time is TBA. The night will incorporate post-match presentations.

OISC will be putting on food at the GSSC for a small cost (TBA) and there are full bar facilities available.

As part of the night OISC is hosting its first ever briscola tournament. It will be played in World Cup format with 32 teams of 2. There will be a small cost per player to enter the tournament with $$$ prizes for the top 4. If you would like to be involved in the tournament please respond to the relevant thread on the OISC forum. There will be 'qualifying' rounds if there are more than 32 teams (drawn randomly).

If briscola is not your thing there are a range of entertainment options (pool table, big screen TV, foosball etc).

More details will be announced closer to the event date.
